Your treatment ends in Turkey. Your care doesn't. Here's the follow-up schedule every PLN Smile patient receives — with a named aftercare coordinator, not a call center.
Day 3
Your aftercare coordinator messages you on WhatsApp: how's the healing, any sensitivity, any questions about your oral care routine?
Week 1
You send a few quick photos. Your dentist reviews your healing and confirms everything is on track — or adjusts your care plan the same day.
Week 4
A face-to-face video call with your own dentist — the one who treated you, not a stranger — to review your bite, comfort and cleaning routine.
Month 3
A short photo review of your gums and restorations. Most patients get a simple all-clear and a reminder for their local check-up.
Month 6–12
Your final remote assessment, your digital guarantee record, and a care summary you can share with your dentist back home.

Lifetime*
The implant fixtures we place are covered by the manufacturer's lifetime material warranty.
10 yrs
The clinical work — placement, abutment and crown fit — is guaranteed for ten years when maintenance conditions are met.
5 yrs
Zirconium crowns and bridges are guaranteed for five years against clinical and material failure.
2–5 yrs
Veneers carry a two-to-five-year guarantee depending on the material chosen and your bite.
Valid
A dental check-up at least once a year, everyday oral hygiene, and telling us about grinding or clenching. That's it.
Excluded
Accidents and trauma, untreated gum disease, and problems caused by skipping your yearly check-ups. We'd rather tell you now than surprise you later.
